Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love every PopnCandy Tokyo box. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your box arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Items

If you receive incorrect items, contact us and we will arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period once a box has been dispatched.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed items.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@popncandytokyo.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
