1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PopnCandy Tokyo (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site.

2. Products

All products are curated and shipped from Japan. Product descriptions and images are for reference only. As subscription boxes are curated monthly, exact contents may vary from promotional images.

3. Plans & Billing

  • All plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled.
  • The Monthly plan is billed each month and can be cancelled at any time.
  • The 3-, 6-, and 12-month plans are prepaid: you are charged in full at checkout for the selected term (one box per month) and the plan renews automatically for another term at the end. You may cancel before your renewal date; all boxes already paid for will ship, and refunds for unshipped boxes are not available.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Orders

Orders are final once placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or policy violations.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We accept major credit cards via Shopify's secure payment system.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide from Japan. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. International customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of OPTISM Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PopnCandy Tokyo and OPTISM Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
