| Plans | All plans are subscriptions. The Monthly plan is billed monthly (cancel anytime). The 3-, 6-, and 12-month plans are prepaid: you pay upfront for the full term (one box per month) at checkout, and the plan renews automatically for another term at the end. Cancel before your renewal date from your account or by contacting support. All prepaid boxes will be shipped; refunds for unshipped boxes are not available (damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled per our Refund Policy). |
