Where We Ship
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Japan. Every PopnCandy Tokyo box is packed with care and dispatched directly from Tokyo.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days. Subscription boxes are prepared monthly and dispatched within the first two weeks of each month. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order weight. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number sent to your email address once dispatched. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. PopnCandy Tokyo has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@popncandytokyo.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
