Where We Ship
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Japan. Every PopnCandy Tokyo box and candy kit is packed with care and dispatched directly from Tokyo.
Shipping Costs
All orders ship via tracked airmail. Your shipping rate is determined by your destination and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. All rates are in USD.
Postage is charged by the weight of your order. Most kits weigh about 50 g, so two to six kits usually ship for a single rate. One parcel holds up to 1.8 kg of product — about 36 kits. The PopnCandy Box always ships free.

Every order with a product total of $25 or more ships at half the usual rate: $5.00 to Asia Pacific, $6.25 to Europe / Oceania / Canada / Middle East, $7.50 to Latin America / Africa, and $9.75 to the United States. Every order of $100 or more ships free, to every country we post to. Larger orders are split into more than one parcel at our cost. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — just pick the cheaper option shown.
Processing & Dispatch
Subscription boxes are prepared monthly and dispatched within the first 5 business days of each month. Orders placed after the monthly cutoff will ship with the following month's box. Individual kits ordered on their own are dispatched within 5 business days of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking
All orders include a tracking number sent to your email address once dispatched. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
Parcels are sent by Japan Post. Tracking coverage after your parcel leaves Japan depends on the postal operator in your country: in some destinations tracking updates continue until delivery, and in others they stop once the parcel has departed Japan. If tracking stops updating, it does not mean your parcel is lost — please allow the full estimated delivery window above before contacting us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For all destinations except the United States, international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. PopnCandy Tokyo has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
European Union: every parcel arriving from outside the EU is subject to import VAT at your country’s rate, whatever the order value. Our prices do not include this VAT and we do not collect it at checkout. Your national postal service collects it — together with its own handling fee and any customs duty that applies — before or at delivery, usually by sending you a notice, text or email with a payment link. The amount is set by your country’s customs authority and postal service, so we cannot quote it in advance.
Norway and Switzerland: these countries are outside the EU and charge their own import VAT. In Norway every parcel is subject to import VAT, whatever the order value; in Switzerland import VAT applies once it exceeds a small minimum. As with the EU, we do not collect it at checkout — the national postal service (Posten/Bring or Swiss Post) collects it, together with its handling fee, before or at delivery.
For orders shipped to the United States, import duties are covered by PopnCandy Tokyo. US orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — import duties are included in the US shipping rate, so US customers pay no additional duties on delivery.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@popncandytokyo.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
