We want you to love every PopnCandy Tokyo box. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
  • Items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging.
  • Items damaged during shipping are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@popncandytokyo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Subscriptions

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@popncandytokyo.com immediately with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
