A two-step Japanese DIY candy kit from Coris that turns an apple-flavoured soft candy into a miniature ringo-ame — the glossy candy apple sold from festival stalls across Japan.

How it works

  1. Mix the apple-flavour syrup and tip in the colourful crunchy toppings.
  2. Dip the soft candy into it to get the shiny red shell. The candy is two-layered — fresh-picked apple on the outside, honey-apple on the inside.
