What you need at home

• Water — nothing else is added
• A microwave, for the cheese step
• A clean flat surface. The tray is the mixing bowl, so you do not need bowls of your own

Is it hard? Kracie rates it 4 out of 5, and the reason is the microwave rather than the shaping — the cheese is the one component that can be ruined by a few seconds too long.
