Suppai Lemon Jelly — Sour Roulette Jelly Kit

A candy kit you play rather than just eat. You make six lemon jellies that look identical — but some are made with the sour powder and some with the sweet one, and once they are in the tray nobody can tell them apart.

How it works

1. Make the lemon jelly and pour it into the six moulds.
2. Add the suppai (sour) base to some and the amai (sweet) base to the others — you decide how many of each.
3. Hand them round. The sour ones are seriously sour.

It is Japanese candy roulette, and it works best with a few people: a party game that happens to be edible.

Lemon flavour, no fruit juice. Water only, no microwave and no stove. One pack makes one tray's worth.
