Taberu Mokumoku Kumo — Edible Cloud Kit

You stir a powder into a little water until it foams up into a cloud, scoop a bite onto the narrow spoon that comes in the pack, then dip it in pale blue "sky powder". The result looks like a tiny cumulus on a stick and disappears the moment it hits your tongue.

What you make

• Awa-gumo (foam cloud) — yogurt flavour, whipped up from powder and water
• Sora powder (sky powder) — soda flavour, for dipping each spoonful of cloud into

Together they taste of yogurt soda. Water only, no microwave, and one pack makes one tray's worth.

This is not the same idea as the Kracie kits: there is no recipe to follow and nothing to shape — it is one texture trick, done well. It is the kit we would hand to someone who says they are not interested in DIY sweets.
